2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed on our website and may vary based on project scope. Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement. All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. Revisions

Each bundle includes a set number of revisions as specified in the bundle description. Additional revisions may incur extra costs.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on the bundle type and project complexity. Estimated timelines are provided at the start of each project.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full usage rights to all delivered assets. DSTRCT AI reserves the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

6. Refunds

We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied, we will use your included revisions to address your concerns. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

DSTRCT AI's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
